Rosnovski, a Polish baron takes in a peasant, Wladek who turns out to be his real son. William Kane is the son of a prominent banker, Richard Kane from Boston. Two men from different walks of life are destined to meet and the irony of fate takes its toll on them. ![]() This is one of his excellent books that I would like to recommend to everyone.
